Feel the moving of the wind off the water and you will know that there is peace in the world. It brings the smell of change and the hope of rain, or at least a dew from the heavens to nourish and nurture your soul.

Being connected to the land we can listen to her heartbeat and feel her stability even as the world around us changes, breaks and even falls apart.

Through it all, the irony that there is a building up, a strengthening and a wisdom that can be the foundation for tomorrow.

You are the seed of hope for many a young soul who enters your care. You teach them and through that learn of your own journey to love and understanding.

You know where you have come from and across the plains of time you can realize that the dust has cleared and settled. There is rest and peace in the letting go and freeing of your heart from the burdens of abuse, misunderstanding, unkindness and intolerance.

Your purpose not to bring these things forward into the world of others is a burden you bear, seemingly alone, and yet as you reach out and share you find health, healing, gratitude and others who would lift you up, so that your vision is clearer and your understanding is deeper.

Sarah dear, do you feel the universe dreaming your name and calling your soul to fill a void of love and a reaching forth of your hands to help?

When the burden seems heavy be reminded that although you are one, you are also bound to many across miles of companionship and soul journey; those who have faith in you and faith in the world you walk in to grow and breathe life into a new day.
